This began as a creative exercise to re-engage myself with what I was eating, among other reasons, and frankly, it's one of the coolest things I've done. I hope my doodles, out-of-perspective shapes, and ramblings on dinner-ish events continue to bring more creativity to my daily dinner routine. I'm sure you already know this, but you can click on the drawing for a larger view.

Hi there! I found your site thru Serious Eats, and I absolutely love it! A picture is truly worth a thousand words.

Uh-oh, it's an open bar now. You've been discovered, sister, discovered! Yeah. See...people really do want to know how the sausage is made.
Wow! I'm so glad y'all like these doodles! Thanks for looking!
Nothing wrong with meals from jars of beautiful ingredients -- just ask Nancy Silverton of the La Brea Bakery:

It's a great cookbook with inspiring ideas about how to make the most of cooking from your pantry.
